Our Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email and we will guide you through the process.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
How To Return an Item
To return an item, please email our customer service team to initiate the return process. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
